So how do you give yourself an ayurvedic abhyanga?

1. Warm massage oil. You can do this by holding the bottle under some warm water for a few minutes.

2. Apply it lightly to the entire body. Wait for 4-5 minutes for oil to be absorbed by your skin.

3. Massage the entire body.

4. Be sure to go from head to feet and spend some extra time on the soles of your feet.

5. After you are done wait 10 minutes for the oil and the massage to do it’s magic. This is a great way to get in a 10 min mediation! You can also take these few minutes to read something uplifting and positive!
